(CFS) and Sorrento Pacific Financial, LLC (SPF), full-service broker dealers and SEC Registered Investment Advisers providing customized investment and insurance solutions to financial institutions, have introduced a new Online Training Center that allows its financial advisors and sales assistants to improve their sales and administrative knowledge and skills without losing time out of the office.
The standardized, professional development training program consists of 15 live and interactive webinars and 38 recorded “on-demand” modules that range in length from 4-30 minutes. The program materials address both hard and soft skills to help financial professionals to better understand their clients’ needs, to empathize with clients about their goals and dreams, and to handle the administrative aspects of their jobs efficiently and effectively. Approximately 15 of the courses are required with the rest available as desired. Webinars, which are repeated frequently, are also archived for those who are unable to attend the live presentations.
Early feedback from advisors who are using the program is enthusiastic.
