Davis, Chairman of the Board of NorCal Community Bancorp and Bank of Alameda (OTCBB:NCLC), today announced the appointment of Kevin Kennedy to the board of directors of both entities. Mr. Kennedy, age 42, is currently the president and owner of Kevin Kennedy, LLC, an Alameda based financial planning firm. Mr. Kennedy holds a bachelors degree in Economics from the University of California, Davis and is a registered investment advisor with the State of California.

Mr. Kennedy’s extensive professional resume includes over 20 years in the financial services industry. He is currently serving his third consecutive term as the elected treasurer for the City of Alameda. Kevin has hosted a business show on cable television and has been a financial columnist for the Alameda Journal.
