Stock to Begin Trading on December 14, 2017

NAPLES, Fla., Dec. 11, 2017, FTNW, (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — FTE Networks, Inc. (OTCQX:FTNW) (“FTE” or the “Company”), a leading provider of innovative technology-oriented solutions for smart platforms, network infrastructure and buildings, today announced that its common stock has been approved for listing on the NYSE American. The Company’s common stock will begin trading on the NYSE American exchange under its current symbol, “FTNW,” at the open of trading on December 14, 2017.  The Company’s common stock will continue to trade on the OTCQX until the close of the market on December 13, 2017.
